270 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4 Tirunelveli dated 15.10.2009 and set aside the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.T.A.Ebenezer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.507 of 2011, dated 12.06.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent are present. A Joint Compromise memo signed by both the parties and their respective counsel is filed before this Court and the same is recorded.

3.In view of the Joint Compromise memo filed by both the counsel, this Petition is disposed of. Since the entire dispute between the parties is settled, no action is necessary against the petitioner /accused.
