Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL SANKARANATHAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1275 days in preferring the Criminal Revision as against the judgment passed in C.A.No.21 of 2014, dated 19.12.2014 by the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of cheque amount (Rs.75,000/-) to the credit of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
