This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.10794 of 2015 in C.C.No.173 of 2015 dated 14.07.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has no property in his name and hence, he is unable to produce property document as per the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.10794 of 2015. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the first condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate. Accordingly, the first condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the document relating to permanent address and not the property document.
