This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.221 of 2014 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.221 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
