ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner during the time of cutting of the Karuvelan trees on the basis of his representation, dated 26.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.

3. From the averments it could be seen that there is some civil dispute between the parties.

4. In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy under civil Law, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed.
