This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner at the time of taking possession in Door No.12-E-2, Plot Nos.132 and 133 situated at Sri Kamatchi Amman Nagar, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending upon the complaint received from the petitioner.
