This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to consider and dispose of the petition filed under Section 205 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to appear through petitioner's counsel and receive copy and answer on behalf of the petitioner to conduct the case before the Trial Court in S.T.C.No.176 of 2009. 2.Having regard to the facts narrated by the petitioner in the petition, this Court is of the view that the application filed by the petitioner has to be considered as expeditiously as possible, as the petitioner is having health problem due to his old age. 3.Hence the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, is directed to consider and dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 205 Cr.P.C. seeking permission to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

through petitioner's counsel and receive copy and answer on behalf of the petitioner to conduct the case before the Trial Court in S.T.C.No.176 of 2009 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
