O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation, based on the petitioner's complaint on 21.09.2015 pending before the third respondent to some other investigation agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that even at the stage of the petition enquiry, the complaint itself was closed as mistake of fact and the copy of the closure report was also sent by Registered Post to the de facto complainant.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the third respondent is directed to confirm that the closure report is served on the de facto complainant in the manner known to law.
