O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to publish the results of the interviews which were conducted in the year 2012, 2013, 2014, 2019 and 2020 respectively, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2022.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has completed Bsc., Physical Educational at MDT Hindu College, Tirunelveli in the year 1996 and thereafter, he has completed M.P.Ed., at Alagappa University, Karaikudi, in the year 1999 and joined in Sai Academy Bangalore and completed his Diploma in coaching Kho-kho and Kabaddi. He had
registered his name in the employment exchange and his name stands first in the seniority list. Further, a fresh recruitment notification dated 12.12.2022 was issued by the third respondent, in which, the outer aged limit was fixed as 42 years for candidates belong to SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC. BC(OBCM) and BCM community. The above fixation of age limit would directly curtail his opportunity of becoming an experienced coach. Already, the result of candidates who have participated the interview in the year 2013 and 2014, were not yet declared. While being so, issuing a fresh recruitment notification and inviting application calling for fresh candidates to be appointed as Coaches would entomb the intent of the earlier interviews. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 16.12.2022. But, till date, no order was passed. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
