This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the address of the third respondent in the cause title of the present Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.1762 of 2026 by substituting "3.The Tahsildar, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District" in place of "3.The Tahsildar, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there were mistakes in the cause title of the Writ Petition with regard to the address of the third respondent, which were consequently reflected in the order dated 23.01.2026 passed in this Writ Petition and would therefore seek amendment of the same.

3. In view of the above, the amendment as sought by the petitioner is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments Page No. 2 of 4

in the petition, affidavit and in the order dated 23.01.2026 and issue a fresh copy of the order.
