Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G. KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.
9188 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in 15 days i.e., on the first and sixteenth days of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
