ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to register the case against the petitioner's vehicle and release the same immediately and consider the petitioner's online representation dated 08.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's vehicle was involved in an offence under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and the seizure report has also been duly filed before the competent authority.

4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to issue seizure report to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner shall file appropriate petition before the appropriate Court.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
