COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2027 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due the death of the 2nd respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, and to bring on record the proposed 7th respondent herein as the legal representative of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank him as the 7th respondent in A.S.(MD)No.95 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objection to allow these petitions.

4. The names of respondents 3 to 7 have been printed in the cause list.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
