Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) NO.7540/16 IN CRL OP(MD)NO.10725/2016 and MR.S.KAMESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in IN CRL MP(MD)NOs.7541&7542/16 IN CRL OP(MD) NO.10767 & 11257/2016 and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
