PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I Fast Track at Magisterial Level Madurai to expeditiously complete the trial and pronounce the judgement in S.T.C No. 269/2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level Madurai in accordance with law within a stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track at Magistrate level, Madurai to dispose the case pending in S.T.C.No.269 of 2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.
3.Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track at Magistrate level, Madurai, to dispose the case pending in S.T.C.No.269 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
