Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in this Writ Petition is for quashing the extracts of in the Town Survey Field Register in respect of the petition mentioned items and for removal of the name of the third respondent in the said record. maintainable. Leaving it open to the parties to agitate the rights before the appropriate forum, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
