This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the trial has already been commenced and eight witnesses were also examined.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), at this juncture, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now.
