O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court in Crime No.645 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner stated that he gave a complaint about the forgery of documents and creating mortgage and encumbrance over properties, using forged documents.
Though the case was registered in Crime No.645 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447, 468, 471, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., it is stated that there is no progress and no further investigation is conducted in this matter.
4. Considering the nature of the complaint, this Court is of the view that unnecessary delay can be avoided in cases of this nature which leads to land grabbing. Hence, the respondent herein is directed to file a charge sheet in Crime No.645 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
