ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 19/03/2015 and further, they were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement with the de-facto complainant.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the de-facto complainant neither appear before the Mediation Centre nor before the respondent police.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court dated 19/03/2015 is made absolute and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
