Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAHAMADULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12563 of 2016, dated 22.07.2016. 2 This Court, by order dated 22.07.2016, made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12563 of 2016, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court.
