ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's husband was employed in State Bank of India. He passed away. The case of the petitioner is that she is entitled to get the benefit of ex-gratia lump sum amount on account of his husband's death. Till date, the same has not been disbursed. Therefore, she has given a representation dated 22.11.2017 in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law. If the petitioner is entitled to receive the the said amount, the same shall be disbursed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
