ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the land in S.No.886/8B, to an extent of 0.06.0 Ares 15 cents situated at Sadayalpatti, Kodangipatti Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, by considering the application of the petitioner dated 28.11.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the land in S.No.886/8B, to an extent of 0.06.0 Ares 15 cents situated at Sadayalpatti, Kodangipatti Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District and patta for the above property has also been granted in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his favour. On 28.11.2017, the petitioner has filed an application before the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the above property. He has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending for long time, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 28.11.2017 and survey the land as per the revenue records, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
