Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the demand drafts of the petitioner drawn towards item No.19 under Zone 3 and item No.33 & 41 in Zone 4 respectively notified by the respondent in MaVa.3/0001240/18 published in Dhinathanthi dated 03.03.2018 and permit the petitioner to participate in the auction / tender scheduled to be held by the respondent on 21.03.2018, 23.03.2018, 28.03.2018 or any subsequent dated notified by the respondent in respect of the above items by issuing the entry ticket.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the tender-cum-auction conducted by the respondent corporation. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner is not even permitted to participate in the tender and no entry ticket was issued to the petitioner. Hence, he filed the present writ petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that already the petitioner is provided with the entry ticket and also permitted to participate in the auction conducted by the respondent. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also further submitted that the respondent is not preventing anyone to participate in the auction and if anyone is willing to take tender-cum-auction, they are permitted to take part in the public auction.

4.In the above circumstances, no further order is required in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
