O R D E R

The petitioner with a grievance that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.24178 of 2024, dated 15.10.2024 has not been complied with by the respondents, has filed this Contempt Petition. 2.Today(21.03.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By producing a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Rajapalayam in Na.Ka.D/120/2025, dated 20.03.2025, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and survey was conducted in the petitioner's land on 20.03.2025, after issuing a notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, as directed by this Court. The proceedings of the Tahsildar was directed to be furnished to the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the same and submits that the survey has not been conducted as per the document No.616 of 1988, dated 13.06.1988.

4.In the event, if the petitioner is having any grievance as to the manner, in which, the survey was conducted, he can work out his remedy, by way of an appeal invoking Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Rajapalayam, in Na.Ka.D/120/2025, dated 20.03.2025, this Contempt Petition is closed.
