Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 23.01.2026 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
