This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.236 of 2014 and file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
