Heard Mr.Vijay Karthikeyan, learned counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.
2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner suffered adverse order of assessment on 30.06.2015. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent/ Tribunal and the same was taken on file as Appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Nos.ST/41980/2015 and ST/41981/2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though several months have lapsed, the said Appeals have not yet been disposed of.
4.The first respondent/Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said appeals on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
