ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.165 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.The defacto complainant Madasamy is present in person before me.

He is identified by his counsel and also Thiru.C.Karunanithi, Sub Inspector of Police, E2, Mathichiyam Police Station. The complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned prosecution.

3.I am, therefore, of the view that the continuation of the impugned prosecution is not going to serve purpose. In this view of the matter, the impugned FIR stands quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
