O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A(MD).No.1217 of 2019 dated 15.11.2019.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Kannan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has stated that the proposal sent by the sixth respondent School in the writ appeal to the fifth respondent with regard to the alleged arrears of pay payable to the petitioner from 1989 to 2003 having been considered, was rejected, by proceedings, dated 15.10.2020.

3. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the said proceedings dated 15.10.2020.

4. In view of the said order having been passed where the request of the petitioner was considered and of course, rejected, it is open to the petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. Insofar as this 2/4

contempt petition is concerned, since the order has been complied with, as such, this Contempt Petition need not be persuaded further. Hence, it is closed.
