ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents herein, to take necessary action for conducting the child marriage, based on the petitioner representation, dated 23.02.2022.

W.P(MD)No.4001 of 2022 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 23.02.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
