COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 26.12.2017,21.12.2017 in respect of Shop Nos.7,17,13,6,15,5 and 16 respectively of the petitioner in bus stand Sivagangai on the file of the respondent Municipality and quash the same and direct the respondent to stop retrospectively enhancing the rent abnormally and to fix fair rent as per G.O.Ms.No.92, dated 03.07.2007.

2. In view of the petitioners' complying with the demand of enhanced rent for the shops under their occupation, no further order is necessary in these writ petitions. Therefore, the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
