When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioners in Crime No.75 of 2025 under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioners are 1/3

bailable in nature.
