2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint given against the petitioner and the case was closed. He further submitted that there is no harassment and no further enquiry is conducted.
