ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on petitioner's complaint, dated 22.02.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 22.02.2022 and for the same, investigation is pending.
