When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the present FIR has been registered. After conducting elaborate investigation, the petitioner's name was deleted and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodi and the same is pending for taking cognizance.
2.Since the petitioner's name was deleted in the charge sheet, no further are required to be passed. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
