This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.68 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions would contend that even though non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners, they did not appear before the concerned Court.
