ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of the application filed by the second respondent in T.R.No.3/2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.K.Sureshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Notice to the second respondent is dispensed with in view of the nature of the order to be passed by this Court.
3.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Survey Nos.101/3 and 101/4 to an extent of 0.41.5 ares and 0.42.0 ares respectively in Ayilangudi Village, Madurai East Taluk,
Madurai. While so, the second respondent claiming to be a cultivating tenant under the petitioner, has filed an application before the first respondent in 2015 and the petitioner has also filed objections in the said application. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the fact that the said application is pending from 2015, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the said application filed by the second respondent by passing necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
