(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw their proportional share laying to the credit of the M.C.O.P.No.26 of 2022 before the file of MACT, Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited by the first respondent in M.C.O.P.No.26 of 2022 before the file of MACT, Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur. 4.Accordingly, this petition stands ordered.
