The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the fourth respondent to allow the petitioner to join duty as Assistant Technology Manager in Ponnamaravathy Block, as per the proceedings of the first respondent in ATMA 1040/2017, dated 13.11.2017, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Relying upon the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 13.11.2017, the petitioner sought appropriate order to join duty. During the pendency of the writ petition, the period of one year itself is over. Hence, the representation cannot be considered.

4. In such view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit appropriate petition before the authority seeking any other relief. On such filing, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
