ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.154 of 2019 of Aravakurichi Police Station, Aravakurichi, Karur District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police after concluding the investigation in Crime No.154 of 2019, laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in C.C.No.12 of 2021.
