O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to expedite the disposal of the case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai, in C.C.No.368 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. A case was registered in Crime No.622 of 2013, dated 04.07.2013 for the offence under Section 380 of I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, against the petitioner. The petitioner is the sole accused in this case.

4. Having regard to the contention of the petitioner and the nature of the case, this Court, accepting the principle that the speedy trial also is a component of personal liberty, is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the criminal case in C.C.No.368 of 2014 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
