2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.11.2016, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as no further adjudication is required.
