ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to forthwith complete the work of "Deviation of HT/LT lines" as per the petitioner's application

Registration No.1620520139 dated 19.05.2020 and on the basis of the payment made on 18.06.2020 as per the Tamilnadu Electricity Distribution Standards of Performance Regulations, 2004 with the adequate police protection and aid of respondents 5 and 6.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for shifting of the pole, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his client, would submit that the pole can be installed within the premises of the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 to complete the work within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or production of the copy of this order. No costs.
