ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case pending in Crime No.43 of 2022 from the file of third respondent and entrust to the second respondent, with the direction to conduct further investigation and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the representation of the petitioner, the case in Crime No.43 of 2022 was transferred from the file of third respondent, to the second respondent and it is pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4305 of 2022 3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in Crime No.43 of 2022, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
