This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 01.12.2014 and to file a final report.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.01 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
