This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. Praying this court, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime NO. 266 of 2021 on the file of the R1 herein and quash the same and pass orders ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Murugesan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Addl Public Prosecutor, for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the order was made ready only on 23.02.2022 and he received the order copy on 28.02.2022, hence he was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time already granted by this Court extended till 15.03.2022, failing which the order already granted shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
