O R D E R

When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- under Section 88 Cr.P.C., without sureties. The trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the proceedings in M.C.No.31 of 2013, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, the parties co-operate. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
