ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C.No.358 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.358 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, is hereby quashed.
