This petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.652 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.652 of 2016 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram on 21.03.2017, but the same has not been taken on file.

3. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram is directed to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Thuckalay Police Station Crime No.652 of 2016, if the same is otherwise in order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
