ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the respondent-Police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint in C.S.R.No.59 of 2025. Therefore no case or no First Information Report is registered against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest. The submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
